I went to one of the up KTV in Taipei named 龙亨 at 337 南京东路 8th floor. You have to go through a department store to access the lift. You also need to know the 干部 to get in there. There are some charges etc but I just don't quiet remember but I knew the total bill.

The decoration and sound system is above average but hardware in Taiwan KTV scene has always been like that... it is comparable with SG but can't beat the top line in Shanghai. Gals quality is better than the one in 名亨，帝国，龙承 but in my opinion, it is not top of the line either. Gals can drink and very playful but no stripping. This is a 便服店. We had 4 gals and 4 bottles of 12 years MaCallun and the bill comes to NT$ 7600. This is a place to entertaine clients or business associate. I think the extra is not worth... I still prefer to go to the NT$2000/pax/hour in Diguo.

Bro, I also went to 龙亨sometime ago, didn't know the damage cause my Taiwan counterpart took the tab. The damage you stated, NT$7600 was it just the drinks? That's less than S$400. So cheap? If its just for the drinks, what about the tipping for the girls and the total duration? Please provide some enlightenment for a newbie like me to cheong Taiwan.

Thanks to the bros out here for putting up all the good KTVs to visit. I was in Taipei for somewhat more than a week and had a fun time hitting nightclubs, KTV and food places.
