I have dealth with inscruitable Viets. Constant lying. Braddah, this is from a business angle. Also never admit lies even when confronted. Braddah to me they are not worth engagement in social setting that's all. SG society is high culture. We are a western country in Asia and elite society. Of course some room for improvement but Vietnam is not on the same level as SG society.
