Yes, Carnation had indeed set a target and she had already achieved it some time back, but she decided to carry on and garner a little more. This sudden 'departure' has left a few dumbfounded and shellshocked - those who know her well would know that she is not prone to hasty decisions. But then again, who can claim to really know her? She is afterall, a smart girl who has had a crash-course in men's behavioural sciences forced on her.

Whatever the case, I have it on good authority that she had planned to take 'a long break' for some time. The 'long break' just so happens to be a permanent one. And she had also increasingly complained of certain rough and ungentlemently customers that turned up after she became popular. She was happier while she wasn't such an angpai it seemed - quietly going about her job and having less of these pushy customers who treat WLs like slaves just because they're paying the WL. While she was still striving towards her target, she had a reason to endure this sort of behaviour. Now that she has long surpassed that target, she has less or rather, no incentive to carry on taking this nonsense.

Whether this is the main reason for her departure, we might never know. If so, it would seem that we, her supporters, have effectively hastened her decision to leave. We provide the very favourable FRs, the FRs attract the unruly customers, she gets sick of the behaviour and decides to call it a day... We have 'deprived' ourselves of the most fragrant of the Dragon flowers... but hey, like I said earlier, we should be glad that her ship has finally come to shore...

As for some people who claim to 'love her' and wanting to marry her after only seeing her a couple of times - forgive my skepticism but that is really a warped idea of what love is. And getting points deducted by 'Carnation fans' for talking about her? Well, I think the points would have been deducted whoever he was talking about. It wasn't anything about the girl - it was the derogatory comments passed about other punters that started it all.

And btw, Carnation has not opened a boutique, accepted anyone's proposal or anything of the sort. She's just in a happier place now, starting anew and for that we should all rejoice and wish her well...

Actually, many bros have brought up the subject about posting favourable FRs at one time or another and regrettably, have led to some unruly customers who get on a high exhibiting loutish and unsavoury behavior.

Maybe we should seriously consider a informal sort of FR format that hopefully everybody can adopt, e.g. using a point system for areas like looks/body/service/attitude and including some final remarks to indicate why we enjoy the service provided. This will help to cut out a lot of the intimate details which WLs usually provide for their regulars and customers who show them RESPECT...

I totally agree with Bro IMOM comments on Carnation's sudden resignation.

I speak as a regular who has seen her over the years, from where she started (where everyone detested her attitude & service) to where she has arrived (being the Super Angpai of DHC that commands such a great pool of fans who are crazy about her........)

Prince Spa, sorry I have to say this..........I really think that it is because of people like you who helps to hastens the departure of Carnation.

I guess most people have this ideal and maybe 7-in-10 practice it after marriage. But there are many factors which will lead men astray...
