All taxi uncles in Macau and even in Hong Kong know where 18 Sauna is. Just say 十八桑拿. In case they bluff you dunno and tell you to go another sauna (because they get more commission), tell them to take you to Golden Dragon Hotel 金巃. 18 Sauna is on the 5th floor - remember to take lifts on the left block of the hotel.

Supreme Sauna is in Fortuna Hotel.

As my last visit was about 2 yrs back had miss some actions.

If your mandarin is decent, you can probably negotiate some LT rate late maybe. Usual rate is 1000 HKD for an hour (service not guaranteed). I've never tried or heard of anyone doing so in Macau though. I'm referring to the Casino Lisboa "racetrack" girls...

At some saunas, like Sanado and East Spa - there is a "honeymoon package" you can get with a sauna girl - I think for 3888 HKD - gives you overnight after 2am or something, hotel room NOT included.

tell the taxi driver u going to casa real hotel, one minute walk away from golden dragon. don't have to tell him u going sauna de lah. if u are coming from the gongbei checkpoint, take the free sands shuttle bus to sands macao, then cross the road to golden dragon.

anyway, sauna 18 has a printed menu with fixed prices, they don't markup extra just coz u come by a taxi driver who demands a cut.

optionally, if you have bought a sauna coupon, you can go to the office at the ferry terminal in macau and they will provide a free ride for you directly to the entrance of the building the sauna is in.

I've only been to two companies (sanado+east)+(rio+18+emp+darling).
So I'm not sure if the other companies have the same service.

Shit! Inflation that bad? Last time I knew someone that tried was 6 months ago and still HKD1000. Oh well, the girls are tempting looking, but my friend said it was pretty lousy service. Go in, shower and hop on bed with a towel on it (may or may not be clean...) - they want you in and out as soon as possible.
