I think the best thing to do is to just pop into the clubs when you're here. If it's busy then great, if not since you're already there might as well head in for a drink.

I live just outside of Patong but I generally only go drinking in Phuket town at a place called Bossy. Done too much of Patong and now a bit bored of it. But of course I wouldn't mind catching up with you at Hollywood or one of the joints there. Don't mind showing you some of the more unknown places in Patong as well.

Funny you should mention Katherine's in Phuket town. I know exactly where it is and the funny thing is I saw a TV commercial for it on TV not too long ago. It's in the Phun Phon area and that place easily has like half a dozen or more of these places. They also seem to be open 24hrs a day as I've seen them open at 6am; who gets the urge for a naughty massage at 6am anyways?? Personally I've never been so I wouldn't know. You'll be looking at about 20 to 25 mins from Patong to Phuket town. Taxi would be a rip off and probably cost at least 600 baht one way but that's just the way Phuket is.

I understand how Patong is attractive to a tourist in terms of partying but I always try to tell visitors to Phuket to get out of Patong and look at the rest of Phuket. Lots more stuff and usually nicer to offer. Just need more effort.

phuket town seems abit daunting to go considering ill be taking a cab back to patong in the middle of the night when im done, god knows where ill end up haha

wow tv commercial? im guessing its just another christines then. since taxis are a rip off theres no other way to phuket town unless i get a little scooter of my own i guess.

yup i wouldnt mind meeting in patong and for u show me some of the more unknown places. so far ive only been hearing and reading much of hollywood, tiger, tai pan and suzy wongs. oh ya rock hard agogo too, wonder if there are any hidden gems

What's the worry if you're in a taxi? It's the best, can drink as much as you want and know for sure you'll get back safely. I do this every time I know I'll be having a big night.

The place is a BJ bar. Personally I've never been up there before as the place just looks too dodgy. But I've had friends been and read on other forums that they enjoyed it. Give it a try and let us know what it's like.
