If you are referring to the ktv on the 3rd flr, it is a higher expense joint. Decor is posh and gal are at least 1.6m tall. the boys wear tuxedo with white gloves to serve drink. After the crackdown, some of the gals from closed down places do spread to theses places. Small room charge is about 4K-5K while tips is 600.
