Yeah reviews are pretty mixed, and is very weird.
I'd also moderated my post before I shared it as well, as I'm not trying to break anyone's rice bowl.
I'm just hoping that there can be a minimum standard in terms of photo accuracy to person, hygiene and service. Felt kinda cheated.
I'd only tried Ruan Ruan because I thought there will be a minimum standard with all the reviews about her.
