check the message u wan to delete, at the bottom there is a checkbox, click delete and the message will be deleted. u're under moderation so if not wrong inbox can only hold 10-20 messages, once u get out of moderation can hold 500 messages...

both inbox and 'sent' messages will count towards your total...
