Usually the MLs working in Spas don't go for regular check ups unlike the legal ones in Geylang. There are lots of risks involved. Better to go see a doctor and get a full body check up.

I always do very risky behaviors like BBBJ and painting. Never really do any FJ STD prevention. Use mouth rinse to reduce amount of virus and bacteria in mouth then take antibiotics, Doxypep.

Up to you to believe. I stick to asking every FL or ML to rinse before they do BBBJ on me. I am a firm believer of requirement of sufficient viral/bacteria load before any transmission can occur.

No lah, I based it on my own experience as well. Last time before I Cheong, I had a gf. Then that time still young, so not really aware of this. I always paint her, occasionally she contracted urethritis. After that, I changed to using mouth rinse every time before the deed, she had no reoccurrence of urethritis.
Those high class FL that I engaged, they also stick to this method. If it is not effective, why would they stick to this? Like what I said, you can opt for capped BJ, no painting, no frenching to minimize your risk, but what is the fun of that? Most of the STDs are highly treatable with antibiotics.
I have come to an age that I am willing to take risk to have as much fun as possible.
