Helen 2 its all faked for dummies who think its real except very rare occasions. I am an average normal 15-16cm, but my indian friend has around 22cm...HE got real reactions LOL but mainly she just fakes it.

I was there last weekday 8+ (Tuesday I think) and she said was just waiting to see any walk-ins after her last booking. So definitely got walk-ins, you just need to be lucky.
