Thanks for the replies. But since she has a record in SG fingerprints and all, the embassy will still turn her down right? I mean yeah i do think of settling elsewhere. But still need time. I wish there was another way .

Any bros can introduce an affordable school for my PRC? Any course of study will do. Actually she was doing an english course ($900 per month) but the course has since finished & I am looking for another school (hopefully with cheaper course fees). I am also thinking of enrolling her in Shatec for a diploma course.......any info bros can provide will be appriecated. Thanks

Browse thru some of the old threads and did not see what i am looking for. So maybe i help someone ask here...

Husband is a citizen and wife a foreign wife with PR IC with 2 kids born in s'pore at home. She is a full time housewife and no work.

What happens if the divorce? Will the wife pr be revoked? Or allowed to stay in singapore as pr?

PR will not be revoked unless the husband make a case out of it with evidence....if not she can stay till PR expire....PR renewal....then that is the time she has to present her case if she wants PR ahaon.....kids will be husband custody.

Thanks bro. So meaning from now till expiry date, she have to find a job and proves she can contribute to s'pore issit? Then what about the kids if they want the mother?

Yes she can find a job or find another husband......hehehe.....having a stable job will present a strong but not confirm case she can give reasons like staying here to be near to her kids etc.....depends on the grounds of divorce but the husband will sure gets custody if he contest unless he is a child abuser etc.....
