you can try fame hotel in Pho Sein road (walking distance from chatrium and in town area) it is budget hotel like those in Malaysia or Hotel 81 in sg. cost is USD 20 - 45. decent stay. 5-10 mins drive from play ground near JJ or 10-15 min drive to chinatown at night and 10-15 mins walk to Ocean Supercenter Shwe Gone Dine for your other daily necessities.
