Hi to all travelling in Shanghai

I was on a few days assignment in Shanghai 2 weeks ago after the spring CNY and most of the worker returns to office and work. Was quite relax this trip as there are only a few importnat meeting on multi millions deal. I stay at Hilton hotel on Hua shan road (ususally stay at pudong in the last years but this trip in puxi nearer to my clients in American centre).

Most afternoon we free so decided to explore a few massage centre replacing the exercise in singapore.

1. Behind Hilton
As you walk out of the hotel on your left there is a lane to the car park and keep walking for around 20 metre. There are 3 massage shop all look proper foot/body massage.

The first is JB massage with big sign board stating they have massage over 1 million customer over the last 10 yrs. fee is cheap at 200 RMB and you get a good massage and then the GQ HJ for another 200 rmb. The massuer i took was on the chubby type and i just let her perform her services.

The second shop in the centre is a small shop and door lock unless you knock on it. The price here is 358 rmb but you get a nicer gal. HJ are additional tips from 200-300 depending on your nego skills.

The last shop is also a big massage centre offering the same standard as the first one with 200-250 for 60 mins. Most of the massuer are young syt but typically from the tier 2-3 cities. They are good at massage to ease your tiredness. also offer HJ if you want.

Are there any decent spas in shanghai for both sexes with buffet, massage and entertainment shows. Used to visit one called tian er hu...along wuzhong Lu but wondering if there are any better places. Thanks!
