Yes agreed. I have been to suoi tien n dem sen theme parks, i didnt noticed any foreigners when i was there. All locals, families n young people. Think bcos there is no marketing for those places n when theme parks come to people's mind, 1st thing is: what to see over there? Just some rides n plants n structures. 2nd thing is: its for kids. When i once told a vietnamese friend that i'll be going to suoi tien, her 1st thing is: what? That place is for kids!

yup..currently my cpf is enough to clear half of the amount required for the 3-rm that i am getting next year so i guess shld be alright...
told my bx get 3-rm first then next time if can then upgrade...
now only headache is she want to come out to work..need to find the right job though...

That is good,at least u know by when u can finish and buy according to your own means.Instead of looking for a job,why not ask her to learn a useful skill first,your wife is fortunate to know a husband who know how to plan your finance.

Dem sen old n run down, yes. Suoi Tien n Dai Nam old n run down, no. With proper marketing or word of mouth, still can attract foreigners like u n me. Didnt we go to these places? However, still not enough to attract returning foreign visitors.
