It looks sexy because it is tight fitting and shows off the air crew's shape well.

Yeah bonking them in full uniform is difficult but not impossible. The slit in the kebaya bottom not sufficient to bonk comfortably, can easily get damaged. Good thing is the kebaya top zips from the front so can easily grab tits.
