So, I have quite a fair number of Fordyce Spots on the underside of my dick. For those who doesn’t know what they are, it is essentially raised oil glands which look like white bumps and are completely harmless, but permanent and can’t be removed with cream or medicine.

I’m also a virgin and am considering visiting an escort (most likely local). Yea I know. But it just looks very unsightly plus the fact that I also have stretch marks and 1-2 moles on my dick, a total mess lol.

Hey TS, I too have Fordyce spots on the underside.

It has NEVER been an issue for me. I've had hookers scan through and stare at my dick intently (some can be a somewhat comical while doing it) and none of them have then not proceeded to do what they intended to do.

My guess is that when erect, the spots cannot really be seen. I do have a very small ring at the bottom of my penis head but it's always been too small to spot.
