Like jayboy said, not in health centers. but try the other "clubs". Go look around the forum or click on some of the ads. Think you should be able to find what you are looking for.

New paper also got some "soap therapy" advertisements in their classfieds.

Newpaper is a gd source. I tried once at west area,nothing to shout and was done by a prc lady. Maybe not my cup of tea.
