In jakarta, don't anyhow take any type of taxi. Could be dangerous.

Best is to take the Blue Bird Group taxi - that's the official taxi and you can get it from Airport. 5 Stars hotel also engage their services only for their guest.

But you must be careful to identify it correctly. There are quite a few clones of Blue Bird Group taxi.

Usually, I get the hotel arrange it for me. More expensive but you now you're safe.

You can always arrange with the taxi driver to bring you back to hotel at specific time. Just pay a little extra

Yes, that's possible - get Spa to call the real blue bird for you. Don't try to get blue bird taxi from streets - there are too many clones which look 90% similar. If it's dark, then you might not notice the difference

One way I usually do is to get my hotel to get blue bird for me. Upon reaching there, I usually tell the driver I'll book him for the next x hrs so he will wait for me.

Like the advice from the other bro, have the spa order you a blue bird to go back to your hotel. Common sense tell you that the meter stay running while they wait for you, even worse they would gone by the time you come out, because maybe you want to extend you massage sessions, or something.
