anyone got photos of first generation tiong bahru market?
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
those were the childhood day.1980 ...... the lor mee with shark meat was really wonderful the teochew peng kueh top by sweet black sauce sold by the old old lady. the wanton mee seller opposite is their rival toechew bak chow mee $1.20 can buy lot of good food. the old tiong bahru market went through 3 times of upgrading. the old photo of the old mans hanging their birds la kopi the old temple with a red hu lu outside. i remember as a kid, i will alway run to the temple there to create... anyone got photos of first generation tiong bahru market?
