Rent room to ML

Just wondering if any of you ever rented out rooms to ML? Haha just be quite exciting 😆 maybe can ask for service as rentals🤔

cause u visit ML, they only write your name.
but if u rent rooms to ml, you are technically involved in their biz operations which i heard is punishable by law

ML is bone-tired at the end of the day, doubt they'd want to entertain the landlord unless she has prospect of being or taking over as the landlady hahaha.

Anyways nowadays with long working hours, tenants and other tenants also hardly see each other, one don't even know who is renting the other room.

Knew an ML who shared a room with a female student in a flat rented out to students and it was like that.

Quite hard to rent rooms out as a single guy if you live in the same house. If you are married, even though ladies are more willing to rent, it may not be possible to do any hanky panky with your wife around.

Rented out to both KTV girls and ML before. depends on the girls character... some are quite fun

Can offset the service wif rental ma ..

e.g. the rental is 1400, one mth u piak her 4X, one piak is $100

So 4X 100 = $400, so rental collected for the mth is 1400-400 = $1000 lor ..
