China Daily, April 10, 2014

A half-naked man onboard a subway train was handed to police by other commuters after he allegedly tried to hold a woman in his arm during the morning rush hour on Wednesday, Beijing Times reported.

A witness claims the man put off his shirt after he boarded the train carriage. Other passengers caught him after a woman cried for help. An investigation is underway.
