Pappies really hopeless. A cop of Station Insp rank still fumbled in straight forward rape investigation. Why keep this kind of dunce in the police force? To be a fit and efficient crime fighting force, the pappies must get rid of fools and corrupted ones in the SPF.

Was this cop bribed to destroy evidence? Was he bribed not to swap the back seat? A cop with Station Insp rank is hardly a novice in police investigation.
