Advice on Siam Diu scheme

My army kaki likes to go siam diu hang flower. Let's call him He Hor Nee. Lately he has a thing for this new thai girl. She is new so not earning so much yet. She told him she made $5000 and never hit targets so mamasan takes 50% of her earnings.

She proposed this arrangement to Hor Nee. He come and cheong and spend $5000 - one night or spread out, it does not matter. If she hits 10K target, then mamasan will only take 10%, leaving her with $9000. She will then return the $5000 to Hor Nee. She keeps $4000 so it's a win for her and he loses nothing.

Aside from the very real possibility that she will not return the $5000, does what she propose even make sense? She is new so it is also possible she does not know the percentages that well.

I am trying to talk some sense to into him so if you guys can share with me why her proposal is not likely to work, it would be appreciated.

Not sure. I been trying to get him to urge him to do it outside with pros instead lah. but he thinks he is being romantic.

Does what she is suggesting even work? I was thinking that at least to protect him a little, I suggest that SHE provide him with the $5K and then he will come and spend it on her.

I've not heard of a 50% cut before. Is the girl here on WP? Usually they earn based on the flowers they get, e.g. target at $x, x%, above target at $x, earn higher x%. Lowest % earning I've heard of is 70-75% of flowers. Other bros may have more experience.

Unless they are in a serious r/ship and staying together, I think the proposal is dangerous for your friend. There is no reason for her to return the $5k to him, unless they have a contract >.<

Ask your friend to take a wefie like video of them sitting down to explain the details of the deal. If she doesn't keep her end of the deal, video will be sent to the police immediately. If it's a scam, she will only work 1 month here.

She knows the benefits of working here as long as possible so no point having a police case after 1 month. If she gives all sort of excuses not to take the video, it's a big warning sign she intends to scam your friend. That will meet your objective of protecting your friend a little.

Get 4K from her, he ownself contribute 1K. After the transaction of hanging flower get 10% from the total value ($500) OR whatever percentages they're willing to settle, then adjust the commission accordingly.
