am in similiar situation, but before going, read up on female perimenopause etc.

once their hormones go crazy, its hard to reason with them. reading up will help you understand why they are behaving like that.

Hello bro. Just google it, it’s a relationship coaching site. Can just do online and it’s easy to match their timing of their available coaches. Give it a try if you need. Prices cheaper than the local but I think the experience shows too. Gotta do some further reading and research on my own after.
