i also had eczema as well. i gonna say abt my experiences in chiong-ing mp


1. is NOT contagious at all, most cases are our body auto immune system r too active. another is due to wetness in the body, other reasons could be sensitive to dust or food allergy

2. if ur condition is v bad, do see a skin doctor, there is one at tampines st 83 call Niks Maple Clinic. Both doctors are v good, but need to take queue number, best to come before 8am to get the morning slot number. as afternoon slot only one doctor is around

3. the reason y some bros say best stop going to mp is the massage oil will further worsen the skin condition, i had this issue. so i totally understand some ml find it disgusting, it did came to a point that i had to bring disposable gloves for the ml to massage me. that is how bad it is, open bare skin with patchy redness all over.

4. on ur diet, avoid all spicy, deep fried, sour food, coffee and cut ur nails reg and keep it short n clean, do not shower is hot water, lukewarm or room temperature shower are better. i also take in more fruits n veggie and drink plenty of water
DO NOT GO SWIMMING. u will suffer hell lot. get excuse from swimming if u r going for NS or reservist. take magnesium glycinate to reduce inflammation. i usually take it before i sleep. greatly reduce the itch during the midnight while sleeping. to take good quality fish oil, liquid type is the best. and lastly pro-biotics. and please apply 3 to 4 times moisturizer daily. do this i sure it will improve ur condition

i hope those who had the same condition as me will get better. happy chiong-ing everyone, less argument or fights pls. we are here to share good lobang, FR and harmory。 life is already v tough, stop making it worse. Peace to all
