I luv or jian too, especially goes right with beer!! I like crispy, not too oily, not too starchy and best with minimal oil .... Oyster fresh n not too raw nor not too overcooked!

Tabao one not so nice le ..

chilli is a plus plus plus too .......!! that's y i especially like the one at Lor 5

As for orhjian .... U tried the one just below Singapore flyer @ food trail? It's very nice too ..... I love it crispy crispy but not chao tar .... And the trademark chilli ...... Aiyo .... Tummy rumbling .....
