Can anyone shed some light on this matter for me? If NGU only affects men, then what about women? Im certain that there was no raw genital contact with me and my gf, but the oral sex was raw. what might happen? This is caused me much distress until i cant sleep or work properly. its fucked up. 1. When you were at the HC, besides the bj with the cap, was there any contact between the part on your body that is infected and the HC worker? For instance, although you did not penetrate her, did your uncapped penis come into contact with her underwear, or anywhere near her genitals?
2. When she gave you the BJ, could you feel her teeth, or did she just use her lips to give you a BJ?
3. Who put on the condom, you or the HC worker? And who removed it? If the HC worker put on the condom for you, did she use her fingers or her mouth to roll the condom down your penis? If she used her fingers or her mouth to put on the condom for you, did she roll the condom all the way down?
4. The symptom of NGU can apper anytime between 4 and 28 days after the infection. Think back 28 days before the NGUs appear -- did you have sex with anyone else?
5. We can't discount the fact that you could have gotten the NGU from your gf. How long have you known her? How long after knowing her then you had your first sex with her? Do you know if she had any other bf before knowing you?

4th day after sex with your gf? or 4th day after sex with the HC gal?

If I am not wrong, most stds including NGU will show symptoms within 2 weeks, but unlikely to be so soon (ie: within 4 days).

What was your sexual activity like before sex with the HC gal? Who else were u having sex with 2 weeks before the sex with the HC gal? U need to ask yourself these questions.

1. There was no contact with the HC gal on any other part of her body. She was naked on the top only. She had her pants on.

2. She used her lips and i felt no teeth. She used her mouth to put on the condom though. She removed the condom using her hands after it was done also. and she rolled it all down i remember.

3. prior to the NGU 28 days ago, i had sex with my gf only. It was with a cap but the oral sex with my gf was unprotected.

4. She had only 1 bf before knowing me and ive been seeing her for about 3 mths. True enough, she was with her bf for about 4 years until they broke up. But seriously, the sex is wilder than all my previous ex gfs. I really dont knw whether is it her ex bf 'trained' her or am i been taken for a real good ride. if she had only 1 bf and she lost her virginity to him( i totally trust my gf on that), the sexual repercussions are extremely strange! Think carefully b4 ur next move. I think u might have got it from ur gf. NGUs are well known for spreading thru unprotected oral sex. Ask ur gf to get tested. otherwise u will get re-infected.

Good For you! It best honest with her, for yourself and her. Well, you never know if she has it or u have it. But it is possible that both of you have it! Becos you have sex with her after that. Just get some treatment and live on.

Chances of you catching the disease from the HC worker is very low if she used a condom throughout the oral sex session.

Several kinds of pathogens can cause NGU, including:

Chlamydia trachomatis
Ureaplasma urealyticum
