I am a doctor train, Having sex is not like having meal lar, please lar... this problem is not a very big problem, as long as your first short worth the duration, second short usually need about 5 minutes rest, try giving TCM a visit, or have some exercise, it can be solve unless your first short appear to be "too fast" or "cannot come", than I think there is a problem.

one way to quickly recover is not to take too long for the first round.
Taking too long will give you an intensive finishing. And the time and energy u use for 1st round, means more bullets used; = need more time to recover.

Therefore, u wan to enjoy max, drag ur first shot to the fullest or split it into 2.... dun resist too much for ur first shot. it surely will take shorter time to recover from the first and will be able to enjoy a second shot.

There are a few different types of double shots.

I am not sure how you did your first shot, so I can't help you much.

Basically, I've tried a number of ways:

1. Full first shot, followed by full second shot. Only did it once. Somehow the refractory period did not register itself. I do not understand this part till today.

2. Diminished first shot, followed by full second shot. Most commonly used. Basically relax during first shot so the shot is there (a lot too, like normal shot), but the feeling is not so powerful. But when second shot comes, the feeling is more powerful than normal.

3. First shot at base, second shot at head. This one is technical. For first shot, stimulate more at base area (maybe try during BJ). Then you can go for second shot, get to stimulate head area (probably HJ). For FJ, can't really control so well where exactly the stimulation goes to.

4. Full first shot, survivor second shot. This one is difficult. Get a full first shot, then try your bestest best to get a second shot. Sometimes it hurts. But can be proud if got second shot.

Bro, i'm not saying that sex is alike having a meal, literally. What i'm trying to say is that if u r doing something for the satisfaction that u get from it (be it sex, having a meal, getting a massage, playing a game, etc), the most important thing is to enjoy it and feel satisfied, instead of having a rigid target to achieve.

If TS don't feel horny for a 2nd shot, why bother to do it at all? Doing something when he doesn't feel like doing it is in fact going to lower his overall satisfaction.
