Gf has really sensitive nipples - what to do when breast feeding in future?

My gf has very sensitive nipples, those you could describe as large eraser tip type. I guess I'm lucky as when i play with them or suck them they make her extremely aroused both before and during our sexssions. She gets wet easily as it is but playing with her nipples gets her really wet and horny.

But I was wondering, what happens in the future when/if kids arrive and she breast feeds. Surely she will squirm and get hyper aroused everytime she feeds the kid. Is this true or does child birth/age change things. Any bros or sis shed light or share their experiences?

Women nowadays mostly pump and store their milk in the fridge, heat it up when needed and use a bottle to feed their babies.

Actually I read that when babies have direct contact with their mother's breast it's like an extra immunity boost and also helps them bond with the mother.

On the issue of breast pumps I have no idea how they work but surely they have the same effect as squeezing a womens tits? Or maybe I've found another substitute for a foreplay device. Lol.
