Now a day there too many PRC had become PR and Singaporean. This group of people had start to run spa business or become masseuse. This one of group that we call FT that we import to our nation. When those man in blue raid those area and once they show their pink IC they also LL. Is this the loop hole, they got the cert and pink IC they can do anything they like and man in blue had to be LPPL... This group are earning more then 10k per month and all this are tax free...

just my 2 cents on this, if the lady is caught in act/proof to do pimping (soliciting), whether in shop/street, regardless of ic color, still violate. soliciting is definitely againist law.

re being making 10k or more, is really a willing buyer/seller deal. just like u don't like bak chou mee n choose teochew porridge.. choice is yours. if they make 10k or more, i salute them ! they r good at what they r doing - is a talent indeed !

Dont think you get your facts right, they are still subject
to the rules and regulations under the Massage Establishment
Act.

I know one PR had her massage license withdrawn and also
banned from performing massage for 5 years for doing hj
to her client in her shop. Her client admitted that he got
hj from her when AV raided her shop.

Bro what the he'll u talking about the regulation!!!! If you open a shop sell lamp chop will at behind use dog meat to replace? They caught red handed then they got punish but remember they are PR losting this is nothing to them when they go back to they country they live a better life then us. All this people are here to dig for gold...,

Not sure if I can agree with you, becos there could have been circumstances like:
1. He might have been getting ready for a FJ with the girl half stripped - so could have tried to mitigate by saying HJ.
2. Bro may have been shooting out with all his DNA army in the towel. Confronted with that evidence, the guy could have buckled.

Any way with every such incidents we lose playgrounds.

Well, I am pointing out to you that you are wrong in the above statement,
just because they got PR or Singapore status do not mean that they can
do anything they like .......when they open spa or massage shop, they are
still subject to the rules and regulations under the Massage Establishment
Act.

If you think that it is so simple and easy to make money, when then don't
you open one instead of just beating your chest and crying your
heart out ?

Opening a SPA and gettign caught is regardless of citizenship/color Ic.
as long as u are wrong, u get caught, and u say byebye to your establishment

Hear that there will be new law coming out, those customer caught red handed having sexual activity with the massage girl will get fine. For those PR girl got caught provide service their PR will remove and will send back where they belong. For those pink IC girl will get fine and have to go jail for at least 2 week or more for repeat offend. Think that man in blue mean business now so all bro here better play safe but not sorry...
