URGENT! dating and doing out things with underage girl illegal??

My friend is 19, his gf is 14 turning 15. He trespass her condo to see her, they kissed and touched each other and he fingered her and she rubbed his penis in the toilet and did other things but did NOT have sexual intercourse. After they went out, the security caught the guy. But the security did not see both of them in the toilet. The security said my friend was trespassing and ask for his ic number. My friend gave the first six numbers correctly but the other were different.(can the police still track him down even thought if he has done something wrong?) Then the girl's parents came down and scolded my friend saying that they can call the police and charge him for going out with an underage girl. Can she charge my friend for anything?

For one, he could be charged with trespassing. If the parents feel strongly enough, he could also be charged with statutory rape even though there was no actual sexual penetration. At 14 or 15, in the eyes of the law she is still considered a minor
