Comeback kid needs help with hotel.

Dear Bros,

I have not tried a freelance for very long and after seeing some really tasty FLs in the forum I am certainly tempted. However I heard from my friends that booking of hotel is rather tricky now for they had encountered problems. They told me that now even Hotel 81 requires 2 ICs (no passport) for booking of room. Is that true?

I would appreciate all the Lao Jiao Bros here to advise on which are the hotels which is good for a short session. Thanks in advance.

H81 & Fra all need 2 ICs long time ago. Even some other htls ard areas like buxxs, lavexxxr also need 2 ICs. There r some "wu lu" htls tat do not need 2 ICs but i will not share openly over here cos there r too many eyes down here....

Some FLs can recommend u some good htls. Jus remember to ask them n c if they hv any preferred htls to go to or not?

However, even with 2 ICs, u can check in 1st alone n tell the counter yr partner will b coming in ltr but she mus hold a valid pass.

Bro ipadcafe thanks for your advice. So can I say that it is better to check into hotel first then get the FL to come up later. They will be able to check in as long as they have permit? Coz my friend told me the hotels now don't accept passport for checking in.

passport universally accepted for hotel check-in one mah... which hotel ur friend went?

if u check in first n wait in the room, the recept will still ask the FL for documents if they attempt to go ur room later, afaik

So far only once i checked in together with FL, the rest of the time at 81 i go get room then they come up.
Almost 1/3 of the time the FLs will specify other hourly hotels that no need 2 ICs.

For Fra i only go with FBs so 2 ICs is fine for me, lol.

That's what I thought too. But my friend told me just last week he wanted to check in to 81 at the northeast but was refused as the counter staff said that passports are not allowed for transit check in. Absurd. Maybe my friend suay kena a super on the ball fella.

Yah I think the best way is to check with the FL, they are more up to date
