I also not sure but by default I always play safe and try to chat them up 1st

Just now I was about to go for this indian "chick" when I noticed that she had a beard stubble when I was talking to her

cut and ran :P

My rule of thumb is i always assume those in the house are real ladies and the streetwalkers and those sitting on the staircase are LBs

It's near mustafa. Go down the alley between Desker and Rowell. If you see one you like, ask how much. Most are cheap like $30. Quality is worse than PT IMHO. but if you want to try out an older one then you can try.
