Seriously, even if any hc/spa/tn is open at that time, you won't leave there a happy man. Usually after dinner time cannot make it liao. Best is to go weekdays late afternoon.

There's various locations which opened pass 2am.

So far that i know of is a few outlet in beach rd area and east area,not sure of central and west area.

But normally late nite TN, better that you dun hold high hope for services or looks.
Normally is chop chop finished within 30min.
