Advise to enjoy one day in Singapore to the maximum. ..

Dear brothers, I am new to this forum. I am not very familiar to Singapore as well. Had visited couple of times in the past. but I love to be there. I wanted make the most of it when I am there. could not do it last two times. I have one day transit in Singapore next month. I am trying to plan well in advance to enjoy every second. I request your genuine help. I don't want to end up in any trouble or illegal issues as I am travelling. I will list below my schedule and ambitions.

I reach at airport in the morning 8.30
my connection flight is at 2 AM next day.
That means I have around 15 hours - morning 8.30 to night 11pm.
I would like to have a cheap but decent transit accommodation.
want to have few drinks and roam in any bars where I can find girls.
want a girl FB escort for few hours - prefer not to have the 90 min. sessions, but longer

I will be thankful if you could give advice on above matters. Post general replays so that it will be useful to others. but any confidential information about hotels etc. can be PMed me. I don't know the short forms of many places you use in the forum. so please explain.

Dear friend. ..
I think you misunderstood my intention. I meant to avoid any unnecessary expenses caused by being in trap. when I said not to risk, I thought I don't want to be an anti social in another country.
