Just got back from DSC, apparently I caught something from East, some kind of "nongonococcal urethritis". How do I know its her? Well the symptoms started the day after I went to see her and I had been OK before that and not seen a girl for quite sometime. Its nothing serious, but it can be hard to explain to your partner if suddenly you have to stop having sex or if she catches something. The doctor said that it can be transmitted by oral sex as well as normal sex, but that a simple course of antibiotics will cure it. The thing is that women may have no symptoms but this can lead to infertility, in both men and women.

Just thought you guys would like to know, and if someone could tell her about it. That's it for me, no more commercial sex or even casual sex, just too many things you can catch and the risk is not worth it.

The doctor said that its possible. This is a bacterial infection. I was clean for quite awhile before that.

i got my results (was bit worried after hearing this)

herpes simplex type 1 - IgG - border line
herpes simplex type 2 - IgG - negative

no serological evidence of exposure to herpes simplex type 2 .

got some medication ... is it really gential herpes it could be some other herpes ... boss can answer this question?

it is really scary ... now i have to think three times !!!...

i always use CD except BBBJ now consider BJ or quit completely

Herpes type 1 can infect both the oral and genital regions.

80% of the population are infected with Herpes type 1 so you're part of the majority.

You could have caught it while receiving a BBBJ or you could just as well have caught it from your family members when you were a kid.

You are always at risk of catching type 2 as well. Condoms do not offer much protection as herpes is passed via skin to skin contact in areas not covered by a condom.. .eg.. the base of the penile shaft.

There is loads of Herpes info on the net. Just do a google search.

thanks boss!, you r very helpful... have to wait for another 6 to 12 weeks to complete the medication and go for another test ...

HIV 1 & d antibody - non reactive

does that mean i am free from HIV, doctor actually recommended for STD test only... just wanted to make sure even though i did not do raw before.
