Can breast cancer patient have sex?

I would like to check if:
1) can we have sex with a breast cancer patient without us getting the virus (raw, since married)
2) is it safe for us non-cancer to receive oral sex from a breast cancer patient without us getting the virus
3) can we give oral sex to breast cancer patient without us getting the virus
4) kiss/deep kiss/french with a breast cancer patient without us getting the virus
