Question about sex
Pardon me for sounding quite noob here.
So I am in a long term r/s with my gf. We have been physically intimate but not we haven't had sex yet. Its not because she do not allow it but rather, I am quite scared to make her pregnant. So could I seek some advice from the more wise ones on how safe condom is? She doesn't want to get the pill. What are the chances of her getting pregnant even with a condom? Any horrible incidents from any of you bros? How do I get over the barrier of being scared to get her pregnant or am I simply not ready for it yet? Thanks in advance everyone! |

Frankly saying there is no 100% fail safe method.. a simple resolution is that if either party is not ready, then dun go to that stage.. it's either risk or abstain..

1. Ask her to hj you;
2. Ask her to bj you; 3. Anal sex These three methods. .. you can engage in a certain stage of intimacy but yet sure that won't get pregnant. Else, maybe both of you are not prepared for that stage yet.

Re: Question about sex
Condoms are made for the purpose of preventing unwanted pregnancy.
if use correctly, the contraception effectiveness can be as high as 98%. the best way to get over that fear is to have knowledge on it.. read this sticky you will find the info you need on proper use of condom, you should also google for more info. |

condoms not 100% safe. maybe make it a point to cap right from the start and pull out before you cum? but yah lah, if you're someone who worries too much easily, don't do it lor. not worth worrying for days after every session |

Re: Question about sex
No contracpetives are 100 % safe proof. Use the condom as per instructed, and becareful. If worst case, just get married

So just a few facts to consider: 1. Condoms are about 98% effective if used properly but real world rates are lower because of incorrect usage (e.g. stored poorly, wrong size, overly rough sex, no lubricant, wrong lubricant) 2. Morning After Pill (Postinor-2) should be available in Singapore and is around 95% effective in preventing unwanted pregnancies when taken within ~12 hours of intercourse. 3. As someone's mentioned if you have sex while she's on her period it's far less likely to get her pregnant. However, I'm not into this idea at all. So realistically, just given basic math there is about 1/1000 chance that she gets pregnant. And even then you have other options. Generally speaking they recommend that couples talk about what would happen in the event of an accidental pregnancy. If both of you agree it's not something you want at this time it can always be aborted and by having that discussion at least if it happens it can be dealt with rather easily. Finally, if you're still mega stressed out just ensure you're not inside her when you're about to finish? |

Re: Question about sex
using condom there is still a 2% of risk.
put 10 condom, the risk will reduce to just mere 0.2%, means 99.8% safe riao |

Re: Question about sex
rubbish..that is incorrect.. who told you that?
putting on more rubber isnt going help..it just doesnt work that way... it is more likely to tear because of the frictions btw the condoms |

Re: Question about sex
For first timer i can understand that you will have many doubts in your head, at least your upper head is doing the thinking and not the lower head. If you are worried, you can put on condom and still do the withdrawal method. Try doing this until you are brave enough to attempt a shoot in with condom or until your bottom head took over. Usually is don't care just put on condom and enjoy, but seems like you haven't broke out of your comfort zone yet.
