age 25 yet willing to pay $4k per month, you earning $10k per month? do not bite off more than you can chew, such behaviour is for people from rich families or if they are employers, not for salary earner.

$4k a month means $48k a year, save for 10 years it will me half million, if you have financial management skills it can be more than a million.

I am lucky because i did not go through Singapore education system. I was born here but moved to UK when i was young to do my studies and i managed to finish my degree n masters before being summoned back for NS.

Still cant found one.
