This statutory board under MOE does not cherish older staff.
After working for SP their whole life, staff are denied Re-Empolyment using performance appraisal as a weapon. The incumbents can be good performers even getting promotions and bonuses BUT in the last year of employment just before Re-Employment, they get lousy appraisals upon which Re-employment is denied!! A dirty trick played by SP especially the director of library and other dept head. They have been brought to MOM for redress and have been forced to offer re-employment!! In one case a local was forced out to make way for a foreign talent!!
SHAME SHAME SHAME for the abusers of human capital and for being traitorous in replace local with FT.
