This kind of incident can be easily solved by extracting DNA from shit thrown at the victim's flat and then compare it with DNA taken from victim's neighbours to catch the culprit.
Putting up surv camera is a waste of time. This is kid's play.
Getting paid in millions and the Minister in charge of NEA has no idea how to deal with such repulsive aggressors in a first world country. Time for LHL to kick arses if he really wants to show he is in control.
