No it isn't. I was circumcised when I was in my 20s. It was done at lunch time and I went back to work for a meeting at 3 o'clock.

The most painful part of the process was actually the jabs to administer the local anesthesia. Once the area was numb I didn't feel a thing during the actual procedure.

3 weeks later I was good to go and have not looked back since. It has certainly improved my sex life beyond expectations.
