PAP MPs are like tissue paper packets (urban barbarism creating social damage and public inconvenience).  The PAP EXCO and Ministerial Cabinet is just using them as 'tissue paper' packets to reserve/ occupy parliament seats so that they will not be filled by opposition MPs who may ask difficult questions or propose solutions which may involve increased taxes upon the rich. E.g. estate duties, progressive property... PAP MPs are like tissue paper packets (urban barbarism creating social damage and public inconvenience).
