probably u find me remark too direct or unforgiving, but i personally always do some research if i find some interesting places n share dat info to the bros here. Of coz im nt saying dat bro sgjk is wrong in asking dat question, i nv criticise him either. More of trying to gain more attention to other bros abt this post so more pple will read, and maybe someone who hv bn there may reply.

Anyway, i do know where this KTV is located. I've personally went past this area a few times n theres no happenings over there....too close to where i stay and highly possible to bumping to someone familiar, therefore nv went in b4. Think they open every nite but only until 1am. If any bros wanna find out the location, u can pm me..............

its been there for quite a while oredi n i've nv seen any possible hints fr the place to suggest dat it is one exciting place, so im nt veri hopeful abt this place.....however, i maybe wrong too~
who knws, a change of management may improve things, will be great if this place has sme potential....haha~

there used to be around 2 ktvs (small scale), one of them dun hv any gals....open concept.
the other one always had fighting or trouble...

but i long time nv go liao, maybe there a change of management ?

Been to this place, along Bt Timah Road some weeks ago (before the smoking ban). Next to the LINEAR condomium. The dark-tinted doors is always enticing me... maybe got something special???

Stepped in on a Saturday about 11pm and was sorely disappointed, no young gals and mainly HDB aunties and uncles. I sat at the bar-counter and the karaoke was blasting away and patrons were fortish-fiftish. The songs selection are pretty old and still in the large LD format (If pple still remember Laser Disc, like 30cm diameter type) There could be some hostess but they look pretty "mature" and I wasnt interested.

Sat next to the bar-tender, a man in his 60s, he worked in this joint for many many years. Ordered the cheapest drink (tiger beer) for $9/mug. Chatted with the bar-tender and had a bowl of nuts. Then this Uncle gave me half a mug free refill. Not bad at least get 1.5 mug for $9. he said on the house since you are first timer here.

Finished the drink and left... not really a place to cheong... hope it is informative.

So sad, i wish it is a happening place. It was, last time in my poly days i like to go there eat prata and i always see hostress walking out with guys from there, but to add on, there is quite a number of ah beng there also.

Thats place arh! I used to go there during my Sec school days in the afternoon for happy hour singing with Ah lianz... and of course a few bengs... It does brings back memories...
