Sunday (Yesterday)
BF : Apple
Lunch : Skipped.
Dinner : Two slices of plain Gardenia

Monday (Today)
BF : One Del Monte Banana
Lunch : Skipped.
Dinner : So far haven't eaten. I have no appetite.

I am not sure why. The sight of food makes me want to avoid it. And no, I am not trying to lose weight.

I just drank lots of plain water yesterday and today.
