40+ year old male here. I’m keen to get the Gardasil series. The problem in Singapore is that it goes on our health record. Will have a hard time explaining to wife how/why I got the HPV vaccine at this age after a decade+ of marriage. Anyone taken the Gardasil series in JB? I guess that is the easiest as we go there every few weeks.

the vaccines targeted hpv types that can caused cancer in cervics or vagina. not sure if men is encourage to do have this vaccine as usually women needs it more.

How about took the vaccine elsewhere? like Indo? is it possible?

I took the vaccine when I was in university in USA. You need to take 3 shots over a 6 months period with males/females 9-27 years of age. At that time I was 25 years old. Not sure if over 27 years old can take or not now. It was 9 years ago when I took it.

I am in 50s and I taken 2 jabs so far at DSC, 1 more to go. It is recommended for men below 45 but you can insist and they will still do it for you. DSC is the cheapest and it cost slightly more than 2++ per jab.

had 1st dose in Pulse Clinic Bangkok. Took the rest in Malaysia.
If you are worried about medical record, just get them in the neighboring countries.
The vaccine is usually recommended for bi/gay man. I am straight. Just took it as precaution.
